We guarantee June 1–4, 2027 will be a joyous, unforgettable celebration of kindred souls. Generous classmate donors have made it possible for everyone to be welcome to an affordable Get Back 5.0.
But this message is about one important thing: please consider booking a hotel NOW.
At the moment, Cambridge-area hotels have many rooms available — but in Reunion week fills up super-fast, and other local events will put a strain on vacancies. We suggest that you book even if you are on the fence. You can always cancel the reservation.
● Reserved blocks of rooms can be found at this link. You may, of course, reserve at other hotels, but the ones closest to campus fill first. A number of dorm rooms will be available but cannot be or reserved yet. (Tip: book your hotel now, and cancel it if you like the dorm option.)
● For classmates who want to stay overnight at the Marriott Copley Plaza after our big June 3 gala, the hotel has reserved discounted rooms that can be reserved by using this link–https://book.passkey.com/e/51316205 —or calling 877-901-2079. Since our August class newsletter, reserved rooms have also been added for Wednesday and Friday nights, so you can book your stay for one, two, or three nights.
Reimbursement. Happily, our donors will provide a participation stipend, to be disbursed shortly after the reunion, to each classmate attendee and one guest:
● HAA Early Bird Program Fees — up to $600 per attendee and guest each for the full reunion package.
● Travel and expenses — a similar amount, or more, depending on how far the classmate attendee has travelled to reunion.
